Calling all parents of energetic youngsters in and around Binghamton! Looking for a fun and affordable way to keep your kids active and entertained? Check out the Kids Skate Free Program at Skate Estate, located at 3401 Vestal Rd in Vestal, NY.

This nationwide program, offered in partnership with the Roller Skating Association of America, provides a fantastic opportunity for children to experience the joy of roller skating. It's a fun way for kids to burn off energy, improve coordination, and develop balance. Plus, skating can be a great social activity that allows them to make new friends.

Here's what you need to know:

Free Skating: Kids aged 14 and under can skate for free during designated times. At Skate Estate, that's every Thursday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and Sunday from 12:00pm to 6:00pm.

Membership Required: As of January 2024, a $4.99 Kids Skate Free Club annual membership per child is required to receive 2 free passes each week. Signing up is quick and easy, and can be done online.

Skate Rentals Available: Don't have your own skates? No problem! Skate rentals are available for $4. They offer skates ranging in sizes from Youth 10 to Adult 15 and roller blade rentals from Youth 13 to Adult 15. They also offer trainer skates that are adjustable to fit most children shoe sizes.
